Can Smart Defrag be made portable so it will run from BartPE

For those who don't know BartPE is a live bootable windows environment which allows you to run various diagnostic tools and AV scans offline on a hdd.

 

Previous versions of IOBit Smart Defrag ran in PE without a problem I think the last one I tried was V2. I've just tried V4.01, attempted to run the program direct from the hdd as this worked in previous versions and smart defrag crashed.

 

Can a portable version be developed which will run in a live CD environment.

 

Also it would be useful if you could save the debug report direct to a txt file, rather than having to jump through hoops and save if from your email client.
