How to retrive a lost license & Resolve License Issue

To retrive the lost licences, please follow the procedure below.

 

Go to: http://www.iobit.com/lostcode.php web page of IObit.

Write down your original e-mail address that you have sent to IObit for the first time to get the license.

Click "Retrieve License Code" button.

 

You will see:

 

"Thank you!

We have sent your license information to the Email address.

Please check your Inbox and get the license."

 

message.

 

In that e-mail, you will have the description of how to do it.

Resolve License Issue

 

Someone who has the problem in conversion V2 license, please send an email to support@iobit.com, we will reset your account to resolve this problem.
