transfer license to new computer

How can i transfer my license to my new computer? Tried entering the existing license number but I received a message indicating maximum number of computers used

You have bought a license for the computer you had previously, and the license i probably only valid for one computer - unless you have bought licenses for several.

Your only chance is to write IObit directly and explain your circumstances, - they are usually very kindhearted.
