"Not Implemented" Error trying to install on Windows 7

I already have GB installed and would like to update to the latest version but it will not let me. As soon as I click the installer it comes up with "Not Implemented". I've tried different compatibilities and running it as admin but the same error keeps coming up. I've tried downloading from different locations just in case the file was corrupt but each one returns the same response. I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

There is a bug in the latest GB for Win7 x64.

 

Please wait for IObit to find the remedy for it.
