Deleted Database file

After the newest update...the system analyzer just keep sitting there doing nothing... closed the program and tried reopening it.. says Ref.dbd database file is missing. Please reinstall program.

Sometimes, in the process of updating ref file, the file may get corrupted.

 

Please try this link to download the latest Ref.dbd file directly.

 

You can download it directly to main AWC folder. If it asks for replacement, click "Yes".

Thanks... a reinstall worked after a couple times...

but I'll remember that next time I have the same thing happen.

Hi mfaccone & enoskype,

I have had this happen a few times & downloading the ref.dbd file did fix it. But there have been a few times when this file was there, but it was corrupted. If this is the case, downloading that file will also work, but be sure to delete the old one first. If it doesn't work, then uninstall, clean out & re-install.
