AWCpro does'nt start anymore

I tried to start AWCpro today, but after a few seconds the 'startup screen' just dissapeared. So, after several tries, I unistalled AWCpro and then re-installed it again, but got the following message (see attatchment); what should I do now?

After you uninstalled, did you run a reg cleaner to take out entries in the registry? This non start thingee has happened to me a couple of times and keep a copy of the program on 2nd HDD "just in case". Let us know if the cleaner did the trick on the reinstall.

I did run a reg cleaner after the uninstall, but nonetheless got this error message!
