STEP 2

i use ASHAMPOO CAPTURE 3 BUT ANY WILL DO THIS.

 

NEXT YOU CAN EDIT AND ADD IN COMMENTS WITH ms paint..

 

SAVE IT .USE THE RESIZER TO WHAT YOU WANT..the cap to be in size.

it will make a added directory with the bigger file.the one you want to upload.

 

now hit the manege a Attachments

 

next .brows,your drive for the file where it sits

 

next pick your captured pic.

hit upload it..

 

that's it your done

 

why this way

i have a record of my file on my drive.and do not need links!

plus makes it easier on the server.(IOBIT)less for it to have to link..

 

if it gets lost some how you still have the copy..and can reuse it .

 

to demonstrate this i edited the post added 1 more cap the last one

then saved it .boom its added.

or you can rid the one you do not like.

 

ok this is how i do this .there are others do it a little different..
