Can't defrag Google Desktop file?

I get a message "not enough space" when trying to use your defrag, but only on the Google desktop file. :? I saw in your other threads that you need

 

I have attached a few screenshots to show the freespace and the error. I even stopped google desktop and tried again, to no avail.
