Probs with Defrag and Optimizing

I updated what seemed to be the most recent IObit Smart Defrag and during the defrag, it hangs up and I get an error to send a bug report. I tried this several times without fixing it or finding an update for fixing my problem. So I removed it from my computer and downloaded what I thought was a better update. :-x Is there a fix or a solution for the bug scan? Remember....I don't have IObit so I can't send a picture of the problem and I don't want to download it again without knowing that its not going to have the same problems that I dealt with yesterday. I still have Personal Care 2 and it works fine.

I'm not exactly sure what the issue with the problem feedback is, it should just send the report to the email of the support team. Perhaps the feature is underdeveloped (or perhaps you're running the program on a non-administrator account?)
