Error Message ASC Pro Broken

Advanced System Care Version 3.6.0.712

Avast Anti Virus 4.8 Build 4.8.1368

 

There was an error message - something to the affect of "IOBIT... Invalid List" (Unfortunately I closed the message box before writing down the exact message)

 

There is now an Icon in my system tray which looks like a world globe. Hovering over it gives the message "Iobit Unknown". Clicking on it does nothing.

 

If I open Advanced System Care the control panel is all whited out except for the various buttons and some of the text around the perimeter of the control panel. (I have the color set to the default black).

 

The scan buttons do not work.

The "Check for updates" link takes me to the Iobit home page rather than checking for updates as it usually does.

 

Something seems to be broken - Help!

It should be the same procedure as you did before as explained in the email you were sent from Avangate Customer Service

(Search Avangate or IObit in your mail should find it)

 

2) Click "Upgrade" button at the left bottom, and click "Enter

License Now", then enter the following license to activate your

Advanced SystemCare Professional v3.

Account Name: Probably your email address

License Code: ****-****-****-****

This license can activate 1 PC(s)

====================================

Note: please use "Copy" & "Paste" to enter the license information.
