Defrag+Deep Optimize or just Deep Optimize?

I usually run Defrag and then Deep Optimize but i wanted to ask if Deep optimize already does the full defrag job like the separate Defrag?(like it says on UI).

 

So maybe i can skip the defrag and always run just Deep Optimise unless separate Defrag option has some advantages?

Hi Tomorrow,

Yes, the Deep optimize function does do the full defrag also.In most cases you shouldn't have to run defrag first. But if the disk is highly fragmented sometimes it does seem to help from what I have seen.
