ASC3 crashes

ASC3 crashes as soon as the quick launch icon is clicked.

 

Error : ASC3 has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Please give more information about your OS, hardware, security softwares, etc.

 

Was it the first time or over the top you instaled ASC and which version is it?

Where did you download the setup file from?

 

Are you using it with administrator rights?
