Can ASC Help Slow PC Performance?

I am going into my second year with ASC Pro and now my computer is running very slow, especially my internet. I have done the scans with my ASC Pro and I am still having problems. There is a program called RegCure, but I need to know if I can do what RegCure does with ASC Pro before I purchase RegCure since I already purchased ASC Pro.

Yes it does!

Hi Hablin,

More than 1 year of usage of ASC Pro, I would say that you are accustomed to it, but the question is if you are using it as it should be used? I assume that you have read USAGE of IOBIT PRODUCTS thread.

Also the links given in the same thread for:TCP Optimization (please read this thread and this thread.)

ASC Pro has a deep registry cleaning and if you insist to use a second one, I would go for a free one such as MVRegClean 5.9.

Have you used Internet Booster module in ASC?

What is your OS? What are your security softwares?

Please give me your actual maximum connection speed (You can learn it from your ISP) and a screenshot of the GUI of Internet Booster for TCP/IP Settings in Advanced Mode.

Cheers.

I think you should listen to enoskype and sunny staines. I have been using ASC for a long time on win 7 Ultimate x64, and there is a significant boost of the system.

Using a regcleaner, if you are not an exoert, could mess up your system instead of fixing it. The cleaning that ASC do is actually all you need.

Have a nice weekend, and god luck in boosting your system.

OK Hablin,

For Internet Optimization, try new SG TCP Optimizer v3.03, it works for Vista and Windows 7. (I am not sure for 64 bit though.)

OR

Apply SG Vista TCP/IP Patch. (Should work for Win7 64 bit.)

FYI, the maximum real download speed can not be relied upon speed tests, should be learnerd together with connection type from your ISP (Road Runner). If you follow the links I have provided, you can have an idea about it from your connection MTU.

Cheers.
