How to defrag files that IObit cant

I defgragmented my C:\ but there were SO many files that couldn't be defragmented. What can I do?........Anything?

Have you tried Windows checkdisk? Probably best to run that first, and let it check both the programs and the space.

And there is also Windows own defragmentation, have you tried that?

Right click My Computer, choose Properties and then the tab Functions and from there checkdisk and afterwards defragmentation.

When this is done, then try to run ISD again.

Why don't you use ISD Beta 4.02 instead of 4.01?
