IOBit Toolbox - Startup Manager Error?

Just installed IOBit Toolbox (Free) on a Windows 7 Ultimate laptop and a Windows XP Pro w/SP3 laptop. On both of them, the first thing I ran was the Startup Manager from within the Toolbox. Both machines showed Windows Live Messenger by Microsoft as "Unnecessary - Definitely not required - probably viruses, spyware, adware, or 'resource hogs'". It further states that is was added by a variant of the RBOT WORM and that it is not the valid Microsoft Live Messenger. It says the executable is in the %system% folder.

I do not find any other instance of msnmsgr.exe on either computer including hidden/system folders except where it is supposed to be c:\Program Files\...\Windows Live\Messenger. Additionally, if I 'disable' the indicated program's startup, the real Windows Live Messenger fails to load (as expected).

Although I am new to this software package, it does not give me a high confidence factor with the rest of the tools. Surely I can't be the first to notice this issue.

Any thoughts from the experts??? Thanks in advance. I've attached a screenshot of the Startup Manager with the issue.
