1.51 "Configure Background Programs" blank

I was just playing "spot the difference" with ASC's Turbo Boost and Game Booster. I thought it was odd that TB cleared more memory than GB. Turns out TB will at least recognize some "background" programs, like peerblock, b-filter and teatimer (though not ChromePlus). I hit "configure" in GB... and there is nothing on the list. I check show all processes. Still nothing. Shut it down and run as admin. Nothing. Any ideas?

 

Vista 64 btw.

 

... And while I'm at it, the thing really should read "NOT be necessary" instead of "NOT necessary".
