Defrag problem switching users

Hi,

 

I use IOBIT defrag on two home PCs each of which has several family users but I'm the only "administrator".

 

With the background defrag running all users except me get a program error message on logof or user switch. If users select the green tick at the error prompt, all is well but if not, their logof is delayed and sometimes locks the PC

 

Please can someone explain why this is and how I fix it. I can't find anything in the program help

ISD will not run normally on a limited user account.
