ASC interface problem.

I downloaded the latest advanced system care and when I click the lunch icon after installing this is what I get. I tried searching the net for solutions but couldn’t find any.

Did you remove/delete the program folder after your initial uninstallation - before you installed the new version?

I mean did you follow the procedure for a clean install?

Yes I followed the clean install procedure. I uninstalled the program, deleted the folder on program files and App Data and I still have the same problem.

Curious!!

Your screenshot looked just like others we have seen from time to time - rather seldomly I might add - just like some leftovers causing trouble.

If you find the culprit please tell us!!

Please try to:

 

1) Download the latest version.

 

2) Clean uninstall ASC.

(You can use "Advanced Uninstall" with "Powerful Scan" function of IObit Uninstaller)

 

3) Install the latest version to another folder directory.
