IObit Smart Defrag not Defragging

I have been using the Smart Defrag over several updates, and notice that it doesn't Defrag files at times and says there isn't enough available space to do the Defrag operation. I have the program set to Deep Defrag. My drive has 370 Gigabytes full drive space, and 97 Gigabytes FREE space. I have another Defrag program now doing what Smart Defrag should be doing. The program is Norton System Works - Speed Disk. I have also noticed that some files on the other drives aren't being able to be Defragged because they can't be moved. The problem there is a file locking problem caused by FireFox. I have notified them several times about this problem. I use FireFox mainly as it is the most user friendly, and Handicapped Accessible, and User Addressable, as is not the case with Microsoft Internet Explorer and other browsers. It hasn't been completely resolved as yet. Files are locked during download, and are supposed to be unlocked after download is complete. The Locked File Syndrome as I call it is causing other files not downloaded to also become locked. I need a File Unlocker that will unlock all files that should be unlocked without causing a system crash as some of the effected locked files are also now system files, as is the case with the one and only File Unlocker presently found on the Web. This program Unlocks files, but when it hits a system file it causes Blue Screen Crashes. Can you help to fix these problems? Thanks in Advance for Your Assistance in Solving these Problems.
