Registry Cleaner - Minor inconvenience

 

After scanning the Registry I can click on the Registry Key which will hi-light it and the Path: will be shown near the top of the screen.

Clicking on the next Registry Key shows the next Path and so on.

But, if I use the Down Arrow on my keyboard the next Registry Key is hi-lighted but the new Path is not shown (does not change from previous)

 

It would be handy if I could use the Down Arrow to scroll down and read the Path rather than having to click every item, especially when I am checking 50 > 100 entries

Easy ? Possible ?

 

Registry Backup

 

Iobit Toolbox > tools > backup

There is a folder called Registry but the backup that is created before the Registry is Fixed does not go into that folder, it sits outside and the folder is empty.

Is the Registry folder for something else or did the backup just miss the target ?

 

Startup Manager Tip

For those people who have used the Startup Manager you may want to copy the folder Startup Manager (IObit Toolbox > tools) from the old version and put it in the new version.

That way the items you have chosen to not run at startup (un-ticked) will still be listed and you can tick them later if need be.

Tip: I also took a screenshot of the Startup Manager settings screen and keep it somewhere safe.
