AWC Startup Feature

Hi to all. I checked in past posts by others and saw some that were close to mine, but never got diagnosed. I used Start Up feature to control what proggies were starting. I inadvertantly deleted Zone Alarm from the list. I have looked and can find no way to get in back there. I can start it manually, of course, but after virus scans at 3 AM and a shut down and restart....the Zone Alarm doesnt start back. Any suggestions?

Hi nascarfan,

 

Open Zone Alarm window, click the "Ovewiew" tab, click "Preferences" tab, under "General" section, check the "Load ZoneAlarm at startup" checkbox if unchecked.

 

If checked , uncheck it, close window and repeat the above steps to check it again.

 

You shold have it in your startup items next time you start the PC.

 

Don't forget to put it in your Ignore List next time you use AWC.

I did as you suggested, and it is showing now, also added it to ignore feature for future scans. Thanks again.
