Options and Support on Windows 7

Hi backlog

Someone else may have the right answer - I don't know Windows 7 - but thought you could try this:

I usually say that if no obvious culprit is found - try the mother of all repair - A Clean Install. :-) Links in my signature.

I have ASC running on XP and Vista machines. On these systems the words Options and Support on the top right of the main screen work fine. On my Windows 7 system, these words don't do anything when selected. Anyone know about this?

Hi backlog

Thanks for the feedback!!

Glad it worked.

I am always amazed that so little goes wrong when enourmous amounts of data it being sent over the Internet, downloaded and installed - it is really awe inspiring.

If a program is installed over the top, there are sometimes leftovers that possibly can cause trouble - perhaps that was the case in your case?

Cheers

Well I guess we'll never know why the problem happened, but a clean reinstall fixed it.

Thanks
