OK, don't flame mere here. When I set up a scheduled time to defrag I get this box asking for my system password. I do not use one. How do I get around that one?

Thank you for your reply, This is a standalone computer. I'm running Win7 Ultimate and have myself setup as the Administrator. I get this popup window titled: Set Account Information with three boxes.

Run as: this has my PC' number in it.

A second box asking for a password

A third box asking for Confirm Password.

I leave the password boxes blank, click on OK and the Task Scheduler comes back to describe all the things that may have generated this error caused by not filling in the boxes. I click OK and OK again and the schedule I entered is showing in the Options scetion of the Schedule Task form.

Cheers,,

Ken
