Automated Sweep Not Working

Hi,

 

(Im from The Netherlands, so sorry for my english xD)

 

I am using Advanced SystemCare for years now, and i decided to buy the full version. Im really happy with it and it works great, except the Automated Sweep function. It is not working. It was working 1 time, but now it doesnt sweep my Browser history and all the other data. Also, the systemtray on startup is not visable, but in the Task Manager by processes Windows SystemCare is running. What i have to do?

 

Also Smart Defrag is not in my system tray and is not auto defragging my system.

 

My settings are how the have to be, still nothing happens help please :-(.

Give a screenshot of your Automated Sweep (under Maintain Windows) page of the Options please.

UPDATE

 

Oke, this is weird. It is working, but not always. So it not always happens, but sometimes it will happen.

 

Now i detected a other problem too, if i sweep my privacy manually, my Opera Browser history, cache and cookies are not deleted, it looks like that Advanced SystemCare can't see my Opera Browser because he dont find anything, (but i really have history in Opera).

Windows Vista 32-Bit

Advanced System Care Pro 3.7.2

Do you exit Opera browser when you manually sweep your privacy?

 

Also uncheck the programs that you do not have in your PC.

Opera is not running if i clean my PC. And nothing will be found in Advanced SystemCare of Opera. (I gonna sleep now, will be back tomorrow. ;)

After days of testing, the Advanced System Care system tray is sometimes not showing up, and if it not shows up, he also will not auto sweep my PC. Disk Defrag has the same problem, auto defrag is not happening when the system tray is not visable.

 

Opera problem:

This is a bug in Advanced System Care, on others systems with the newest Opera he also canse "see" opera on my system and will not clean the cache, cookies and history of opera.

 

Other programs can find it easy, so i think this is a bug.

 

Help please ?
