Anyone know what this file is or dose?

Well this looks odd, I have spent about 2 hours looking at this and google it.

 

So, here is what i think about the possibilitys:

 

Virus? Yes, always the easy answer to a question.

Malaware? Again easy cop out to try and explain it.

 

A file needed for a game, then nothing to worry about.

A file used by a program (should be ok) temporary storage.

 

If this is not harming the system and its empty or at reboot, a similar size, nothing to be concern about.

So long as it's not an EXE.temp File that's trying to leak to the net, nothing to worry about.

 

OK if this bothers you, you could try to "get rid of it" if you feel the need to.

What that is I cant find the answer, but I would not worry if it is used by a legit application.

 

But, what ever you do, back up your system first as no one knows why its there or what this is for, or why.

You could also do a hijack scan and ask the right people here, if its malaware of some sort that is using this Temp file.

But, I think if you are a Gamer it likely to be that ..and forget its there.
