problem with iobit defragger

after updating to the latest version and defragging the program only opens to a tiny window where i cant see the controls and there is no restore up or down control button either i am using windows vista and have screen size 1280x1024

 

edit: i restarted the program and now it is full size again but we really need that resize control on that program
