iodefrag beta 4.03 scans only 2 files

How do you know? What form of defragmentation are you using?

Did you do a clean install?

Only 13 files and two directories defragmented!

 

Why such a short manaul defrag? I have a few registry problems (Win XP, SP2) but I don't think that is causing this problem. BTW, what is a 'clean install'?

Take a look in advanced Windows care - general - and look under Install-Uninstall-Reinstall
