smart defrag taking hours to finish

Just two days ago I installed Windows 7 64 bit from Vista 64 bit. I resinstalled Smart Defrag. Now it is taking so long to defrag and I do not know why. I set it last night around midnight to defrag and fast optimize and checked turn off computer after finished. It is still running, and states if has 24 more minutes.

What do you mean "re-installed"?
