updated AWC personal and ended up with pro trial version

I did an update on my AWC personal, and ended up with the trial version of AWC pro. I don't understand how this happened.

Hi Edna,

 

is it possible that you downloaded the AWC Pro version on accedent? Or did you use LiveUpdate?

 

In the meantime, I suggest you find the Applog.txt and the Update file which is notepad. Just attach these to the next post.- this may not be necessary if you just downloaded the personal V on accident.

 

You may also want to go to the main site and download the Personal Version while you are waiting. Just install it and uninstall the Pro version. They install to different folders located in Program Files> IObit on your computer so you may want to just delete the Pro folder as well.
