Startup listings - Over 2000 of them !

When I go to Utilities>Administration Tools>Startup Manager> it takes probably 5 minutes to open ,because it is making a list which includes the below listed items; They don't have boxes checked, just listed. The "normal startup programs" are 6 or 8 , and what I want.

I have uninstalled ASC, uninstalled with Revo, cleaned with CCleaner numerous times, deleted all the temporary files, run Windows safety scan, and removed all the suggested items. This list seems to get longer, by the week. Obviously this is in the computer, and has something to do with my internet service. The other startup programs I have run, never list this.

This is listed, abbreviated 2060 times.When the mouse rolls over it, you get the full line as I listed.

My malware doesn't list it, nor virus programs.

Because it takes 5 minutes for ASC to round up this list, I tend to go else where, for startup information lists.

 

Any help would be appreciated. It's probably something simple I need to change.
