Not working

Won't analyze. When I click on analyze, it flashes saying analyzing 0% and just stops. Installed on bootcamp partition on imac, works. Installed on bootcamp partition on this MacBook Pro, not working. Thanks for any ideas.

Your Macbook Pro - is that a laptop?

If so you should remember that the default settings are that it won't run on batteries.

Yes laptop plugged in.

 

I'm so sorry, I feel so stupid, plug was plugged into wall, but got disconnected from computer. Sorry again thanks. I hope this is the proper to post this fix.

Quite a common occurence - has happened to me too - not while defragging though,- but suddenly it was closed down - in that situation it is easier to to pin down the culprit. :-)
