Can't put shortcuts into gamebox

1. Hide gamebox is not checked

2. When I drag a shortcut over and drop it in the box. The shortcut stays where it was and nothing ends up in the gamebox.

 

Thoughts?

Are you dragging and droping the shortcuts from Desktop?

 

If not, please try it.

If it is Vista or Win 7, do you open the UAC (User Account Control)?
