I was a paying customer using Iobit. Apparently, my lic. expired. When I went to use the software after a period of non usage, it flashes "free update."

Well this is lie. When I get the update the software no longer works because it forces me into a pay to renew screen. I just don't like the lies and tricks.

I have deleted Iobit from my system. I will go elsewhere!

It is your choice, but if you had deleted the License.dat file in ASC main folder and re-installed, you could have continued to use it as a Free version. :mrgreen:

 

It is always a good practice to read USAGE of IOBIT PRODUCTS thread to know more about the IObit products.
