Month after month week after week day after day IT'S almost here and yet we paid our money and still it is not here.......

First off... you paid your money for a subscription lasting a year. You didn't pay for a software with unlimited version updates. I for one wish that the subscription thing get thrown out the window as I don't really like subscription base software anymore.

The reason companies do it... they can make more money for the same old software. If they sold the software and gave people a one time upgrade free.. then develop their program in the right direction, people would buy the newer versions, but also give the people that are happy with the older versions a PRO version that doesn't have a subscription. I think in the long run if done correctly, they would actually make more money. But they would have to work harder for it I guess.

Secondly, they will come here and say its coming... be patient... they are working bugs out.

BUT... it is or will be a beta. If not, the question I have is where is the Beta? And you still have to pay for a subscription for the pro version be it beta or release.

 

My opinion.. From all the problems I hear about ISD and all the rest of the new things Iobit is trying... and knowing they will try to put it all in one AWC3.0... I'm not really in a hurry about 3.0 anymore. I don't want to wreck my HD or my computer over an eye candy upgrade. Actually, I am building a new laptop and desktop at the moment and will probably not use AWC with them. I don't think Iobit is ready for quad core 6 gig 64 bit computing.
