My ASC Pro will not run---HELP

I have a brand new HP Pavillion Elite, running WIN7 64. I have purchased ASC Pro ver3.7.3 Upon installation, the program ran well...seemed to clean a lot of the regisrty garbage up nicely and my HP runs perfectly. I have not run the ASC for a while, but tried today and nothing....I launch the program and hit the "scan" button (which then does change to "stop") and nothing happens. I mean nothing...whats up with this? Anyone else having this problem? I would appreciate some feedback from the moderator, or others who have had the same problem. Thanks in advance to all who comment.

As a Pro customer, you can use Online Support.

 

I don't use Win7 64, but Win7 32, so I can't repeat your problem.

 

Screenshots may help others using x64 to help you.
