Removal of Password Folder Program

I have not been able to uninstall this software from my PC (Windows 7 Home Edition). I have forgotten my password for accessing the application and was sent instructions on how to remove a file found in my Program Data directory. I followed the process as indicated in the PM sent to me but after my restart of my PC, the files are still locked and nothing seems to work to delete them. I get the 'File Access Denied' error message.

 

Can someone please tell me how to delete these files:

 

In Program Data:

 

fstile.cds

drawposs.db

config.ini

 

In Program Files (x86):

 

FpCheckService.exe

PasswordFolder.exe

pffilter.sys

Hi Joyce,

 

Have you tried Unlocker1.90 as suggested to you before?

 

Try to use it deleting each file and after restart of Windows, they will be deleted.

I had already tried Unlocker but it did not appear to do anything. No screen was displayed when I tried to unlock the files. I finally got rid of the files using File Shredder.
