I can't select "care when idle" in Automatic care settings

am i only with this problem?

That option is Not activated,

and I see no way to activate it since turning On 'Automatic Care' does Not do it ? :?:

Very Strange!

This looks like a problem to me?

Now that I think about it I remember another thread about this.

There is a problem with trying to Wait for the computer to be Idle, since most computers are Constantly doing something in the background, so therefore Not idle long enough to complete the tests.

The programmers probably don't want to remove that option but have not figured out how to make it work properly.

But I'm just guessing about that of course.
