Windows 7 Service Pack 1

The service pack 1 final for Windows 7 is made available to the public on February 22, 2011 through Windows Update too.

 

It was relatively quite small compared to Service Packs for earlier Windows versions.

 

As an ISO image for distribution to all, it is around 2.5 GB.

 

As an exe setup file, it is 538 MB for Win7 (x32) and 904 MB for Win 7 (x64).

For my kept-updated Windows 7 Professional (x86), it was only 61 MB by Windows Update after the updates of the same date.

If your Windows 7 is already updated, then relatively small sized Windows Update is enough.
