Any way to check after action report?

Hi, I'm a computer technician and web designer. I want to know if there is any way to view the report that shows what problems have been fixed. I saw the option to check the problems before they were fixed, but what about after? Is there any way to see the after action report? I cant seem to find it if there is... Ive just used active system care and was impressed at the number of problems that were fixed on my computer. I've just joined the affiliate program of Active system care may sell it on my web site...
