False Positive Report - hpcpn104.dll

This file hpcpn104.dll keeps coming up as a Trojan Downloader threat when I do a scan with IOBit 360 v1.60. I have checked it several times with Norton Internet Security 2011 and it is not registering as infected. I believe it is part of my HP printers installation. The security report is as follows:-

Upload the file(s) to VirusTotal and supply the VirusTotal link(s) for the report.

 

Upload the password protected ZIP file to www.wikisend.com and supply the Wikisend link for the file(s).
