Error message when start IObit SmartDefrag

Dear all,

 

l have installed IObit SmartDefrag Beta 4.03 on my computer, however

one error message always come up when the program start.

 

"An error occurred in the application."

With some options :

send bug report

show bug report

continue application

restart application

close application

 

For this case , l can select continue application to run it.

Please advise this program needs Administrator access right to run?

Hi baobao,

If Smart Defrag is not run on administrator it will error as you described.
