Advanced System Care 4 final

I had advanced systemcare 3 and upgraded to advanced systemcare 4 pro. Now it says there is 4 final. I keep getting a message that says you have to manually download it so i click on the link in the message box at the bottom of the program and it brings up the website. I download it and its the same as advanced systemcare 4. I still got version 4.0.0. is this correct?
