Chrome bookmark icons

I ran an optimization using ASC-4 and all my icons in Chrome bookmarks have gone. They come back if I click on a book mark, but go again on exit.

 

Is there an option somewhere I should turn off so that they stay?

 

Also, my most frequent used programs has gone from the Start menu... not so bothered, but hey, where can I get the detail of what asc-4 is doing to my PC!

There are several other threads on this forum, with similar Chrome questions, so you may want to Search through them?

I can't remember if they desided which utility was causing it,

but I think it was the 'Deep Registry Fix' utility that was doing it.

You will probably have to Experiment with Disabling different utilities and options to determine which it is.

 

There were similar glitches for Firefox users.
