Lower disk space?

I had 109 gb of free space then after I used smart defrag it went down to 99.5 how come my free space was lowered? Or did I miss something?

I firstly had 99gb then after i ran smart defrag my space went down to 93.3 any idea?

Hi versatilex

Did you really read it - also the other links those links led to?

Did you check if Windows made a System restore point prior to the defragmentation?

If you lower the percentage used by default for restore points in Windows (12%) of the entire disk capacity to for example 3%, you would probably get back more space than the newly created restore point used. :-)

How large is your drive? How high a percentage free space do you have?
