PRO -> Free downgrade

In April I bought an ASC Pro license. Later it invited me to upgrade to 4.0. This also ran as PRO for some time. Today my ASC (and 360) has downgraded to free. Is this normal?

This is Advanced SystemCare 4.0.1 Bug.

English uppercase Change Lower case is OK
