lets hope they keep to their high standards and their freeware option.

 

seems strange to sell just prior to version 5 being relesed, wonder if thats why it has been held back to be released by the new owner

I probably would have done the same. Scratch that : I would definitely have done the same. He's worked hard to put SAS on the map, but fierce competition kept chewing at his share of the market. I think it's a great deal for him and probably not so much for Support.com

 

I think we won't see a free SAS for much longer, at least not a decent one.
