Cannot open ASC 4

I installed the ASC 4 and now I cannot open the file. I went in to make sure it was there...yep, still there...I have an old Vista and the stupid "administrator" asks me if I want to open this. I click yes to all prompts and still nothing. Help an old lady, please!!!:roll:

I had this happen to me once. Re-install ASC4 it should work.:-D

What is your Operating System? EDIT: OS in Public Profile of anoldgoat is Vista 32bit

 

And presently, please try the below steps to open the ASC:

 

1) Open the file folder of the ASC V4((Usually path: "C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare 4"), and then double click on the ASC.exe to open the ASC.

 

2)Right click on the ASC.exe to Send a shortcut to desktop.
