My performance monitor constantly reads "C" and suggests "Quick Care" as a fix.......NOTHING fixes it??

 

I am running a 6 core AMD 3.2 GHZ processor and maybe that has something to do with it??

 

HELP!!

It probably just means that you have a lot of Normal processes and services running in background.

I've decided that the 'C' level is Not really a Bad level to be at, on most systems.
