Problem deleting email in outlook express

I am unable to delete some email in outlook express (Windows XP). Any suggestions about now to correct this. I have created a temp delete folder and can click on it and the problem email will be deleted to that file and then periodically I delete the files there. But this is a bit of a pain.

Please tell me which ".dbx" files you have in:

 

"C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{User ID}\Microsoft\Outlook Express"

 

folder. (You have to check the checkbox of "Show hidden files and folders" in your Folder Options' "Advanced settings" to see them.)

 

BTW, is your problem anything to do with AWC?
