I have a proposal

because version 3 is better, I think, not only me

if they could go with version 3 to do some upgrades but its structure remains the same because the consumption of resources is seen a big difference between version 4 and 3

I think Version-4 is Much Better, in Many ways!

If Version-4 does not work with your system, then you should probably think about Upgrading your computer or it's OS and other software.

 

The biggest problem is that users Do Not take the Time to configure the Settings to match their computer and their software needs

and take the time to learn what all those settings actually Do.

They just click the buttons without determining what the many utilities are configured to do to their computers.

That is true with Both versions, but More-so in version-4, since more functions were added to it.
